1. Purpose of the App

HouseProof is an educational blackjack simulator and training tool. It does not provide gambling services and does not guarantee results.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HouseProof for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the app's operation or security.

4. App Store Terms

If you downloaded HouseProof from the Apple App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseProof and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
